Those who love photography, especially fashion images, know for sure who Giovanni Gastel is and what this world-class photographer created throughout his career. Gastel played along with me and my camera for a photoshoot that was later published on AD – Architectural Digest Italia in Settembre 2014.
To me, it’s been a charming and truly rewarding experience. I had a chance to get to know and see the man beyond its myth. A modern version of the spanish Hidalgo, as solid on the saddle as gentle in his manners, and always comfortable in front of a camera lens (that goes without saying).
